What if you could multiply the next 90 days and make it count twice? What if it counted once for your life and once for the people around you? What if your friends, family, and co-workers benefited from piggybacking on your effort? Honestly, that’s not too far from what happens when we intentionally follow Jesus. It’s also not a wrong definition of leadership; one person grinds while other people grow. While not an all-encompassing picture, this happens when men and women like us become intentional about the relationships and rhythms we engage in a given season of life.

Most of our relationships are by default, but others are by design. Following Jesus into His plan for our lives takes intentionality, focus, and deliberate action. The relationships and rhythms that yield multiplying fruit do not happen by accident, and this is a large part of the heart behind the MULTIPLi Cohort. We want to grow, but we also want those around us to benefit from our leadership.

So, in light of this, how do you make the next ninety days count — once for yourself and once for others?

  1. Choose to live by design instead of by default. Write it down.
  2. Align yourself with like minded leaders in one of the MULTIPLi Cohorts.
  3. Establish a new rhythm like walking, journaling, or simply drinking more water.

The Cohort launches the first full week of September and there is still room to sign up. We have four different Cohorts focusing on four different themes: resilience (men’s group), intentionality (men’s group), soul care (women’s group), and spiritual rest (women’s group.) If you are looking for ways to deepen your relationships, establish healthy rhythms, and expand your capacity, then the Cohort is for you.
